Artisans Paradise is a marketplace for handmade and crafted goods, and these documents are how we keep it a fair, safe, and welcoming place to buy, sell, and share the story of the work. This page is a directory: it groups every policy so you can quickly find the ones that apply to you. Each link below is followed by a short, plain-English note on what that document covers. If you only read one thing, start with our Terms of Service — it is the master agreement, and each of the policies below is part of it.

1. For everyone

These apply to every person on Artisans Paradise, whether you are here to buy, to sell, or just to watch.

2. For buyers

3. For sellers

If you make and sell on Artisans Paradise, these set out the deal, the costs, what you can list, and the rules for going live.

• Seller Agreement — the contract for selling on Artisans Paradise.
• Fees & Payments Policy — our commission, how and when payouts reach you, and how taxes are handled.
• Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy — what can and cannot be sold, and which categories are allowed only with proof of compliance.
• Streaming Policy — the rules for going live, which also govern viewers taking part in stream chat.

4. Intellectual property

Handmade work is someone's original creation. This is how we protect it and how to raise a concern.
