Artisans Paradise respects intellectual property and expects the same of our community. If you believe content on Artisans Paradise infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property right, use the form below to submit a formal takedown request. We act in good faith on properly-submitted notices, may remove or disable the content, and may notify the listed seller as part of the process.

What a valid notice must include

To be effective, your notice should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location (URL) on the Service, so we can find it.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Submit a claim

What happens next

1. You'll get an automated confirmation that we received your claim.
2. An admin reviews within 5 business days.
3. If actioned, the material is removed or disabled and the seller is notified.
4. You'll receive a follow-up with the outcome.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@artisansparadise.com including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

Repeat-infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, we will disable or terminate the accounts of sellers or users who are repeat infringers.

Trademark and other IP complaints

For trademark, right-of-publicity, or other intellectual-property concerns not covered by copyright, email dmca@artisansparadise.com with a description of your right, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and your contact information.

Reporting illegal content (EU / other regions)

If you are in the EU or another region and wish to report content you believe is illegal, you may use the same channels above; we operate a notice-and-action process and will handle eligible reports as required by applicable law.

Note on bad-faith claims: 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) provides penalties for knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing or was removed by mistake. Please ensure your statement is accurate before submitting.
